We are a legitamite company, but being smaller and heavily relying on client recommendations, we feel we are more dedicated than others. In additon - we do not charge the same sort of rates that are quoted by some of the other well known names in Perth. We do not have expensive overheads such as city centre premises and this means we can charge less - afterall, who needs a big window in town to offer excellent customer service.

All our sales and services are completed in a customer orientated manner either via e-mail, telephone, in-home visit or collect & deliver servicing. The great thing about CKM is that we can come to you and take the hassle out of your computing issues. Our out-of-hours service is one of our specialities. We are not afraid to work in the evenings or weekends - after all this is when most people are in their homes and when most IT issues crop up (or rather - when most people have time to get these resolved). Quotations are always provided prior to work being undertaken and these are always adhered too - even if we spend more time on the work than originally anticipated.
