Servicing can be a pain, and that's why we take the hassle away from you, we uplift your machine - service it in our local workshop and then redeliver all within a mutually convenient timeframe.

What's included in the service ?

1/ Appointment arranged with yourself to discuss any problems you are having with your PC. After discussions, we will take the unit away to our fully equipped Perth workshop ready to begin the service by a fully trained IT Technician.

2/ We will start by giving your machine a deep clean. i.e. dust/dirt/grime removed from the internal components in an anti-statically controlled environment.

3/ We also carry out an External case clean. using the most PC-Friendly/Non-aggressive cleaning agents.

4/ Head cleansing of all Floppy & CD Rom/RW/DVD Drives to ensure read/write capabilities are prolonged.

5/ Hardware Diagnostic Check, including all your main components i.e. Storage Drives, Memory and Processor. (inc. heatsinks).

6/ Full virus and Spyware check - with viruses/security threats removed where found.

7/ Hard Drive Clean Up and Defragmentation to ensure the maximum free space is available to you.

8/ Finally we produce a written report advising how to improve the PC’s performance & details of any faults - and we will return your PC to your home.
