3/ Monitor Clean and Refresh. inc. Internal Dust removal and external case/screen clean. Again, anti-statically controlled.

4/ Drive clean, inc. head cleansing of all floppy & CD Rom/RW/DVD Drives.

5/ Hardware Diagnostic Check, including all your main components i.e. Storage Drives, Memory and Processor. (inc. heatsinks).

6/ Full virus and Spyware check.

7/ A written report advising how to improve the PC’s performance & details of any faults.
